．All items are either ready-stock or pre-order. Delivery days are Monday to Sunday, 8am-9pm
．If it is an urgent order that you cannot wait, please contact our customer service to check whether the item is ready-stock before placing an order.
．Certain factors regarding logistics, short of stocks, or items out of stock during your order, all could be the causes of delayed delivery. Under these circumstances, customers will be contacted to reaffirm the order or cancellation of order.

．All products bought are not refundable, unless they are received in an inferior state which can no longer be consumed. If it happens, please contact us at email@example.com or call +606-9510666
．Before shipping out your order, parcels and packaging will be inspected to ensure they're complete and in good condition. However, damages on packaging may still happen during delivery.
．Due to various factors of online shopping, a 10%-20% discrepancy in weigh or photos
．All items are organized onto a grocery basket.
．All the above are within accepted scopes in quality inspection standards, and they are not considered as defective items.
How Do I Purchase?
．Enter each product page and press "Add To Cart"
．Upon checking out, enter your details correctly to complete the transaction. (We support Facebook login & direct purchase without having to sign up to be a member)
．Our site is in shopping cart system, same product can be added to your cart with certain limit depending on promotion T&Cs.
* If you really find it hard to purchase through our website, please feel free to send us the screenshot of the product you like, and we'll arrange the order for you.
．The shipping fee is calculated based on booking timeslots.
Our delivery team will be delivering your goods within the selected timeframe.
．Bookings completed after 5pm everyday will be delivered earliest in 2 days.
In the event of goods failed to be delivered due to wrong or incomplete information on address, contact number or name of the person to contact, we will notify you in person.
Goods will be returned and order will be canceled if we are unable to get in touch with you within 3 days.
The balance after deduction of RM9 processing fee will be refunded to you.

Should you have other special requests, please contact us directly.
．Other cases: In the event of uncertain shipping time due to certain promotion (Eg. Pre-order sale), we will notify you.
．Shipping may be delayed during holiday season or force majeure events. In the cases when the items are in supply shortage or are defective, we will keep you updated.
Hence, please make sure you enter your email address and contact number correctly.

About Refund & Exchange
If you choose to pay cash on delivery (COD), please make sure you're able to receive the parcel.
Please think twice before placing a COD order to avoid unpleasant conflicts on both sides.
Refunds will be processed in belows' matter:
1. Paid but items couldn’t be delivered (in 3 days).
Customer will be charged RM9 for processing fee but refund the remaining amount.
2. Damage/Short Delivery after order completion.
Customer will be required to provide photo evidence and email firstname.lastname@example.org.
If approved, customer will be given RM5 promocode as compensation.
2.2 Short Delivery
Customer will be compensated with a RM5 promotion by our customer service representative.
